The 10 best beaches in southern Menorca to discover by motorcycle
The southern beaches of Menorca are very different from those on the north coast. The aspect of the southern coast is a perfect mix between wide beaches of fine white sand and small coves with turquoise waters in virgin surroundings of great beauty. Access to the southern beaches of Menorca by motorcycle is quite simple, although to get to the most unspoilt and isolated coves it will be necessary to park the vehicle and take part of the way on foot.

They are Saura. A spectacular virgin beach of great length, with white sand and warm and crystalline waters. It is 12 kilometers from Ciutadella
Cala Turqueta. Beautiful virgin beach in a natural environment of great beauty, considered one of the most beautiful coves in Menorca. It is 10 kilometers from Ciutadella and offers a wide expanse of fine sand and turquoise waters.
Macarella. Perhaps the best-known beach in Menorca for its beauty, between pine trees and cliffs. It is 14 kilometers from Ciutadella
Macarelleta. Connected to Cala Macarella by a path that runs between pine trees, it is for many the best cove in Menorca for its beauty and its surroundings.
Cala Galdana. The great family beach of Menorca. A large crescent moon surrounded by green mountains and where we can find all the services to spend a perfect day at the beach, whether we are alone, as a couple, with friends or with children.
Cala Trebalúger. A true virgin and isolated beach which is accessed from Cala Mitjana by Camí de Cavalls. It is a wide beach with fine white sand and very calm waters.
Cala Escorxada. Also isolated and in a virgin environment. It is a 30 minute walk from Trebalúger. It shares the characteristics of most of the beaches in the area, but it is fairly exposed to winds.
Binigaus also offers a wide sandy area and ideal waters for bathing. It is the most important virgin nudist beach on the island.
Punta Prima. Already in the Southeast of the Island, in the municipality of Sant Lluís, this enormous beach offers crystal clear and shallow waters and is characteristic for having in front the Illa de l’Aire and its spectacular lighthouse.
Es Talaier is also a characteristic beach of the landscape of the southern coast of Menorca. A beautiful beach although much more crowded
