Yes, you need to have a minimum experience of one year riding motorcycles

To rent a motorcycle at Ride On you will need:

Be over 21 years old for all models except 400cc and 700cc, which requires a minimum of 25 years.
Valid passport or ID.
Original and valid driving license.
49cc (AM or B with 1 year old)
125cc (A1 or B with 3 years old)
200cc and 300cc (A2).

For driving licenses outside the EU or without an agreement with Spain, it will be necessary to present the International Driving License in addition to the original. (Inquire at your embassy before booking)

Yes, it is necessary to leave a deposit. This deposit / deposit will vary depending on the motorcycle model you choose when making the reservation, the coverage you choose and the city where you rent the motorcycle. It will be returned once we check that everything is correct at the time of the return. Below you can see the bonds for rentals with basic insurance, they can decrease when contracting higher coverage:

The rental without extras of all our motorcycles includes two helmets (with sizes to choose from and two disposable hygienic caps), a security lock, an extra boot for the second helmet, compulsory liability insurance, unlimited kilometers, full fuel system- full, VAT included.

The advance payment of 25% of the total reservation through the secure payment gateway of www.rideon.es must be made by credit or debit card. Once you arrive at our offices, you can pay the remaining 75% in cash, credit or debit card. You must also pay the deposit, in cash, credit or debit card.

On the main page of www.rideon.es you will find a bar where you can indicate the day, time and office where you want to pick up and return the motorcycle. Once you click SEARCH, you will be able to see the different motorcycle models available on the dates indicated and their corresponding rates. If you need to add Extra Services, continue with the operation by clicking on RESERVE NOW and you will get a more detailed quote.

(Only applicable in the Balearic Islands) Yes. In Ride On, collection and return between certain offices is allowed. This service is only available in the Balearic Islands.

This option must be indicated when making the reservation on the Website www.rideon.es or notify the following telephone number 24 hours in advance: 971 576 958. (Subject to availability).

We have a delivery and collection service for motorcycles, mainly in hotels and accommodation. You can check the rates at www.rideon.es choosing the delivery area or adding the extra Home Delivery or Pickup.

* Offices in the Iberian Peninsula: This service is limited to a radius of 10km around our offices. For longer distances, contact us.

Our entire fleet is identified with the Ride On logo with its characteristic colors in green and yellow. In any case, the operator in charge of delivering the motorcycle will contact you prior to delivery.

Yes, it is necessary to leave a margin of 1 hour until the reservation time. You must bear in mind that if you want us to deliver the motorcycle to your home, we will need an operating margin to deliver it.

Yes. When delivering the motorcycles, the different drivers must be present with the necessary documentation to be included in each corresponding contract.

Yes. In the reservation process you can select the pickup and return time you want. Keep in mind that, even if you reserve the vehicle for a few hours, the minimum applicable price will be one day of rental.

For any type of modification in the reservation you must contact by sending an email to cancelaciones@rideon.es Remember that you must do so at least 10 days before your arrival at the office.

No, no amount is refundable in case of return of the vehicle prior to the expiration date of the contract.

If you want to extend the contract, you must notify Ride On. Said extension will be subject to the availability of vehicles, upon payment and renewal of the contract. To make the contract extension effective, you must go to the nearest Ride On office. No extensions and / or renovations are made other than in person. The contract holder may carry out this procedure.

There are no reservation cancellation fees if you do it 48 hours in advance in the case of Barcelona and 10 days in advance in the case of our offices in the Balearic Islands. Otherwise, the amount of 25% of the total reservation paid in the pre-reservation will not be refunded.

No, you do not have a mileage limit. Enjoy and go to any corner!

The entire Ride On motorcycle fleet uses LEAD FREE 95 GASOLINE.

All the bikes in the Ride On fleet will always be delivered with a full tank of gasoline. It is your responsibility to return the motorcycle with a full tank of gasoline. You can consult our Terms and Conditions when reserving the motorcycle to know the penalties for not complying with this policy.

Yes. You can add a second driver at no additional cost as long as he meets the required requirements and presents the necessary documentation to drive the vehicle. This option is formalized in the office where you pick up the motorcycle.

The luggage service in hotels has a cost that will be specified on the Web page www.rideon.es. This fee includes delivery and collection of the same. The suitcases will be delivered to the reception of your hotel. In the case of private accommodation or that do not have a reception, it will be the Client who must always be available depending on the schedule that the dealer agrees. The luggage service is subject to a few schedules, contact us if you have questions.

This option has an additional cost for returns after hours and is only possible if the Pro Rider coverage is purchased (All Risk Premium).

We have three types of extra coverage:

RIDER COVERAGE (ALL RISK)
PRO RIDER COVERAGE (ALL RISK PREMIUM)
PRO RIDER LLUVIA COVERAGE (SERVICE AVAILABLE ONLY IN BALEARES).

You can simulate the price of our coverage during the reservation process at the time of selecting the Extras.

If you have an annual policy, it is important to note that this coverage is NOT directly with Ride On. Therefore, this annual policy will not exempt you from leaving a deposit. In the event that you did not contract any of our extra coverage and the motorcycle suffered any damage, you must respond to Ride On for the damages caused and then claim the return of the amount paid from your insurance and / or policy.

If you choose one of our extra coverages there is a franchise reduction.

Contact Ride On first by calling the Customer Service phone number (+34) 971 576 958. You can find this phone number on the motorcycle keychain and in your contract.

If you notice that any of the warning lights that detect a vehicle malfunction lights up on the instrument panel or when you notice external signs that indicate a malfunction or malfunction, you should stop the vehicle as soon as possible and contact Ride On on the phone 971 576 958.

    Please be very careful when leaving the vehicle.
    If there are no injuries, or once they have been properly cared for, please proceed to collect all the information related to the accident. On the bike you will find a friendly part.
    Within a maximum period of 24 hours, you must deliver the documentation to the nearest Ride On office, or you can send it by email to hola@rideon.es You must always deliver the original documentation when returning the vehicle.
    If the vehicle can circulate, you should go to the nearest Ride On office to deliver the documentation.
    If the vehicle does not work, contact Roadside Assistance at 971 576 958.
    You must provide your contract number and / or registration number and the exact location where it is located.

If the breakdown is not the result of negligence on your part, you will have a replacement vehicle. In the event of an accident and always depending on the contracted coverage, you can have a replacement vehicle always during business hours and subject to availability.

In either case, you must pay the keys to the Landlord. The cost of the motorcycle key will depend on the model rented. The cost of the padlock keys is € 25, the boot keys € 10 and the displacement to deliver the keys and / or locksmith is € 50.

If at the time of delivering the motorcycle we notice that you are not able to drive one of our motorcycles, we will proceed to cancel the contract. 25% of the online payment will not be refunded as indicated in our Terms and Conditions and our Frequently Asked Questions.
