By signing the contract, the driver(s) declare that they have read and accepted the conditions detailed in this document, which are necessary for driving the vehicle.<\/p>\n
1.1. Experience and age requirements:<\/strong> For 125cc motorcycles and their electric equivalents, the driver must be over 21 years old. 125cc: A1 or B with 3 years of experience. For licences issued outside the EU or without an agreement with Spain, it will be necessary to present an International Driving Permit together with the original licence. International licences obtained online are not accepted; only physical licences issued by the body equivalent to Spain\u2019s DGT are accepted. 1.3.<\/strong> If the client does not meet these requirements, the vehicle will not be delivered and the amount paid will not be refunded.<\/p>\n The contract holder is responsible for ensuring that both they and any additional drivers comply with the conditions established in the contract. If these conditions are breached, Ride On may take legal action, such as removing the vehicle or demanding its return through legal proceedings.<\/p>\n Invoicing:<\/strong> Vehicle inspection:<\/strong> Acceptance of the vehicle\u2019s condition:<\/strong> Installation of extras:<\/strong> If accessories such as child seats are rented, the client will be responsible for their installation. 2.2.<\/strong> If, for reasons beyond our company\u2019s control, the client does not pick up the vehicle at the agreed time, the contract will not be extended and the unused hours or days will not be refunded.<\/p>\n 2.3.<\/strong> The vehicle will be delivered at the time requested by the client in the online booking form. If the client wishes to pick it up earlier, they must pay the corresponding additional amount.<\/p>\n 2.4.<\/strong> The agreed return time must be respected without exception. The contract will end when the client delivers the vehicle, the keys, and the documentation to the indicated store.<\/p>\n 2.5.<\/strong> If the client selects a delivery and return point outside our offices, they will be provided with a private transfer to our headquarters for delivery of the vehicle. These transfers are subject to traffic and possible schedule variations.<\/p>\n 2.7.<\/strong> In Menorca, bookings made after 23:00 p.m. will have an additional charge of \u20ac50 for out-of-hours pick-up.<\/p>\n 3.2.<\/strong> The deposit may not be used as an extension of the rental. Payment of the deposit must be made exclusively by credit card, unless the client decides to contract the Rider rate, which also requires a credit card. In the Rider rate, this amount does not cover all possible damages, so if the damages exceed the amount of the pre-authorization, the client must pay the difference.<\/p>\n Debit cards are not accepted for the Rider rate.<\/p>\n Once the client returns the vehicle together with the keys, the company will consider the contract ended. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days. If the rental exceeds 28 days, the refund will not be made by card. In addition, the theft must be reported to Ride On by calling 971 576 958.<\/p>\n If the accident involves another vehicle, the client must deliver to Ride On the accident report signed by both parties within 24 hours following the incident. If it is not delivered, the coverage will be cancelled and the client must fully cover the damages.<\/p>\n In the event of theft, the client must present the police report together with the keys of the stolen vehicle. If the client has contracted the Rider rate and the vehicle is not recovered before the end of the contract, they must pay 100% of the corresponding excess. If they have Pro Rider or Premium K&G and do not present the keys and the police report within 24 hours after the theft, they must pay 100% of the excess of the Rider rate.<\/p>\n 4.4.<\/strong> The driver\/client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental, unless liability by a third party is accepted.<\/p>\n 4.6.<\/strong> Damages caused by the client will be assessed by the company and an estimate will be provided. Ride On will deliver the vehicle with a full tank and the client must return it in the same condition. If it is not returned full, a refueling service will be charged.<\/p>\n 6.1.<\/strong> The client may not carry out repairs without prior written authorization.<\/p>\n 6.2.<\/strong> Maintenance and lubrication are included, but not damages resulting from misuse, such as punctures or tire changes.<\/p>\n 6.3.<\/strong> Mechanical wear from normal use is the responsibility of Ride On.<\/p>\n 6.4.<\/strong> The client must stop the vehicle if any anomaly is detected and contact Ride On or roadside assistance.<\/p>\n 6.5.<\/strong> Any damage to the vehicle or its accessories will be charged to the client, including plastics, glass, lights, tires, cabin, upholstery, and other accessories. Stains on upholstery will cost \u20ac180.<\/p>\n 10.13.<\/strong> Damage to the underside of the car is not covered.<\/p>\n 10.14.<\/strong> If the client has an accident outside legal traffic routes, no coverage will apply.<\/p>\n 11.1.<\/strong> If the client wishes to extend the rental, they must notify Ride On. The extension will depend on availability and approval by the company.<\/p>\n
For all vehicles, it is necessary to have experience riding motorcycles \u2014 at least one continuous year \u2014 or, in the case of cars, more than three years of experience. If the person in charge considers that the client does not have the necessary skills to drive the vehicle \u2014 motorcycle or car \u2014 the vehicle will not be delivered and the online payment made will not be refunded.<\/p>\n
For motorcycles of 300cc or more, the minimum age is 25 years.
For cars, the minimum age is 25 years.
A valid and current physical passport or ID card must be presented.

ARTICLE 2 \u2013 VEHICLE PICK-UP AND RETURN<\/h2>\n
Responsibilities when picking up the vehicle<\/h2>\n
The invoice will be issued in the name of the contract holder. Once signed, it cannot be modified. If the invoice is required in the name of a company, this must be requested before formalizing the contract.<\/p>\n
The holder must inspect the vehicle before using it together with the staff present at pick-up and notify any discrepancy regarding damages or accessories specified in the contract. The client undertakes to return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received, on the date, at the time, and at the place agreed. The return must be made exclusively at the agreed location.<\/p>\n
By signing the contract and the annex, the holder accepts the condition of the vehicle, the accessories present, and the recorded damages. Any damage not previously identified will be attributed to the holder.<\/p>\n
